Do you sell them?

I was asked that regularly but always had to give the clear anyswer...

"No.... but actually... maybe yes?!"

Since I live in Germany it is of course not that easy to just sell something but there is a bunch of things you have to regard. So the idea of "lets post some bags on Etsy and see what happens" was growing to a real project.

So in addition to researching for the best material and train my crocheting and sewing skills, I now also had to deal intensively with

• how to register a business (which of the houndreds of forms do I have to use and where/how does it have to be handed in??),

• what kind of business do I need (do I have to limit my liability?! Which taxation regulations come with the different company forms?),

• where do I get the tax number and

• do I have to register with the Chamber of Crafts?

Oh... and since I'm fully employed, there are of course some additional things to be regarded.

Everything to "just post some bags and see what whill happen" :)
